The Site is a marketing and lead-generation website for Terra Viva Resorts. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a purchase order or binding contract. A binding contract is only formed upon the execution of a written project agreement signed by both parties.

All prices shown on the Site are indicative "from" prices in Euros and exclude delivery, installation, site preparation, and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your confirmed project price is the figure in your signed project agreement only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, photography, graphics, and the Terra Viva brand) is the property of Terra Viva Resorts and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
