Clients reviewing architectural plans with a Terra Viva consultant
Step 01: Initial Consultation

We listen first.

Your project starts with a free, no-obligation conversation: in person at our showroom, by video call, or over WhatsApp. You share your vision, your land situation, your intended use, and your budget. By the end of this call you will have a model recommendation, an indicative price range, and a clear picture of next steps.

Step 02: Feasibility Study

Is your plot right?

Our technical team reviews your plot remotely using satellite data, cadastral records, local planning rules, and utility access points. We confirm which models can be placed on your land, flag any constraints, and identify the optimal orientation. Included at no charge.

Step 03: Land Analysis

Your site, surveyed properly.

For projects proceeding to contract we commission a full on-site assessment: soil survey, topographic measurement, orientation study, and foundation design. This data feeds directly into your structural engineering and eliminates any installation surprises.

Your role: Grant site access

Step 05: Engineering & Permits

We handle the paperwork.

Step 06: Factory Production

Built in controlled conditions.

Your home is precision-engineered in our EU-certified factory, not on an exposed building site subject to weather, material shortages, or subcontractor delays. Every joint and connection is manufactured to millimetre tolerance. Quality audits at five checkpoints. Photo and video updates sent directly to you at every milestone.

Step 07: Pre-Delivery Inspection

Signed off before it ships.

A third-party inspector issues the CE conformity certificate before your module leaves the factory. You are invited to attend in person or via live video walk-through. Nothing moves to transport until both you and the inspector have signed off.

Step 08: Transport & Installation

On your plot in days.

Specialist logistics transport your module directly to your plot across Spain. Our installation crew handles foundation anchoring, crane placement, and connection of all pre-installed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC runs. Smaller models are fully operational within 1–3 days. PARAMOUNT and SERENA: 7–10 days. Daily photo reports throughout.
